1. Approve Aviation rules on the organization of provision of aeronautical information in civil aviation (are applied).
2. Recognize to invalid:
the resolution of the Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Republic of Belarus of June 2, 2010 No. 44 "About approval of the aviation rules "The Organization of Providing with Aeronautical Information in Civil Aviation of the Republic of Belarus";
Item 5 of the resolution of the Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Republic of Belarus of March 4, 2015 No. 6 "About approval of aviation rules and modification and amendments in some resolutions of the Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Republic of Belarus";
Item 5 of the resolution of the Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Republic of Belarus of August 1, 2017 No. 29 "About approval of the aviation rules "Creation of Schemes of Visual Flights and Flights on Devices" and introduction of amendments and changes in some resolutions of the Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Republic of Belarus".
3. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication.
