About the inventory (groups of goods)
Based on part one of Item 12 of the Regulations on procedure for forming, determination and maintaining inventories (groups of the goods) which are significantly important for the domestic market approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of June 3, 2023 No. 365, of subitem 6.49 of Item 6 of the Regulations on the Ministry of the anti-monopoly regulation and trade of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of September 6, 2016 No. 702, the Ministry of anti-monopoly regulation and trade of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:
1. Determine the inventory (groups of goods), import to the territory of the Republic of Belarus and introduction in which civil circulation are allowed without consent (permission) of owners from foreign states, according to appendix.
2. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication and is effective till December 31, 2026 inclusive.
