- the subject only on condition of further delivery to the address of the producer of vegetable oil;

- producer of vegetable oil for further conversion in vegetable oil;

2) on leviable supply of raw materials of vegetable oil (code of the CN FEA EEU 1206 00 9900), performed to producer of vegetable oil;

3) on leviable supply of vegetable oil (code of the CN FEA EEU 1512) made from domestic raw materials and/or from the raw materials specified in subitems 1, 2 Items 1 of this resolution;

4) for leviable import and leviable supply of vegetable oil (code of the CN FEA EEU 1512), performed by Fund of the state material reserves under the Ministry of emergency situations of the Kyrgyz Republic.
