1. Bring in the order of the Minister of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan of February 2, 2015 No. 70 "About approval of Rules of appointment and carrying out certification of the head of the state company, and also approval of its candidate" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts for No. 10379) the following change:

3. To impose control of execution of this order on the supervising vice-minister of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
4. This order becomes effective after thirty calendar days after day of its first official publication.
