Approve the enclosed Algorithm of interaction of state bodies on approbation of the mechanism of purpose of the government address public assistance in case of receipt of consent of persons applying for receipt of the address public assistance, for data transmission according to bank accounts, remaining balance and (or) movement of money on them by means of Interbank system of exchange of information on open program interfaces (Open API).

3. Determine the period of action of pilot project till November 1, 2025.

4. To provide to department of digitalization and automation of the state services of the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the population of the Republic of Kazakhstan:

1) connection to the state service of access control to personal data (further - the KDP service) by means of application in "Smart Bridge";

2) when rendering services within pilot project receipt of consent from the subject or his legal representative on collection and processing of personal data by means of the KDP service according to the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About personal data and their protection".

5. To department of digitalization and automation of the state services of the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the population of the Republic of Kazakhstan upon termination of the period of pilot project and before input in commercial operation of the information system according to subitems 4) and 6) of Item 2 of Article 49, to subitems 1) and 5-1) Items 2 of Article 38, to subitem 3-2) of Item 3 of article 54 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About informatization", to items 4 and 8 Rules of integration of the objects of informatization of "the electronic government" approved by the order of the acting minister of information and communications of the Republic of Kazakhstan of March 29, 2018 123, to provide No.:

To send to department of the public assistance of the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the population of the Republic of Kazakhstan within five working days after signing of this joint order by the last of heads of state bodies to RGP on PHV "Institute of the Legislation and Legal Information of the Republic of Kazakhstan" for official publication and entering into Reference control bank of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

8. To impose control of execution of this joint order on the supervising vice-Ministers of Labour and Social Protection of the population, digital development, innovations and the aerospace industry, the vice-chairman of National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

9. This joint order becomes effective after ten calendar days after its first official publication.
