According to the subitem 4) of Item 3 of article 30 of the Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About taxes and other obligatory payments in the budget" (Tax code), we ORDER:
1. Approve:
1) Rules of representation of state revenues by bodies to authorized body in the field of interaction with non-governmental organizations of the information about the taxpayer (tax agent) which are tax secret without receipt of the written permission of the taxpayer (tax agent) according to appendix 1 to this joint order;
2) the List of the state revenues represented by bodies to authorized body in the field of interaction with non-governmental organizations of the information about the taxpayer (tax agent) which are tax secret without receipt of the written permission of the taxpayer (tax agent) according to appendix 2 to this joint order.
2. To provide to committee on cases of civil society of the Ministry of Culture and information of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan:
1) within five working days from the date of signing of this order the direction it the copy in electronic form in the Kazakh and Russian languages in the Republican state company on the right of economic maintaining "Institute of the legislation and legal information of the Republic of Kazakhstan" the Ministries of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan for official publication and entering into Reference control bank of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
