ORDER OF THE MINISTER OF DEFENCE OF UKRAINE

of March 12, 2007 No. 80

About approval of the Instruction about conditions of payment of cash cover and encouragement of persons liable for call-up and reservists, money payment to reservists

According to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of November 23, 2006 No. 1644 "About procedure and the sizes of cash allowance and encouragement of persons liable for call-up" PRIKAZYVAYU:

1. Approve the Instruction about conditions of payment of cash cover and encouragement of persons liable for call-up and reservists, money payment to reservists which is applied.

2. The order of the Minister of Defence of Ukraine of March 24, 1993 No. 53 "About approval of the Instruction about procedure for cash allowance of the persons liable for call-up called on training sessions, and coverings of expenses at the expense of means of the Ministry of Defence of Ukraine", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on June 10, 1993 for No. 65, to declare invalid.

3. Distribute the order to separate military unit.

The instruction about conditions of payment of cash cover and encouragement of persons liable for call-up and reservists, money payment to reservists

1. According to the Law of Ukraine "About conscription and military service" and to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of November 23, 2006 No. 1644 "About procedure and the amount of cash cover and encouragement of persons liable for call-up and reservists, money payment to reservists":

daily allowance (percentage of daily allowance is also back paid to the persons liable for call-up and reservists (further - persons liable for call-up) called on charges for each day of stay on charges taking into account hours underway from military commissariat to the venue of charges per every day in case of official journeys) in the following sizes:

to the highest officers	- 50%;
to the senior officers	- 40%;
to younger officers	- 35%;
to sergeant and foreman structure:
to ensigns, senior warrant officers, warrant officers, senior warrant officers	- 35%;
to lance sergeants, sergeants, staff sergeants, foremen, foremen 2 Articles, to foremen of 1 Article, chief foremen, chief ship foremen	- 30%;
to ordinary structure	- 20%;

To reservists for all the time of accomplishment of obligations of service by them in war reserve perform money payments in the following sizes (quantity of the subsistence minimums established for able-bodied persons for January 01 of calendar year):

to the highest officers	- 2,0;
to the senior officers	- 1,9;
to younger officers	- 1,8;
to sergeant and foreman structure:
to ensigns, senior warrant officers, warrant officers, senior warrant officers,	- 1,7;
to lance sergeants, sergeants, staff sergeants, foremen, foremen 2 Articles, to foremen of 1 Article, chief foremen, chief ship foremen	- 1,6;
to ordinary structure	- 1,5.

2. For the period temporary disability in days of stay on charges, but only about day of their termination or release from them due to illness, and also from the place of charges to military commissariat at the place of residence daily allowance is paid for hours underway to persons liable for call-up in sizes, the stipulated in Item 1 this Instruction.

3. To persons liable for call-up who on the date of appeal do not work for charges, for the entire period of charges, considering journey time to the place of their carrying out and back, according to their statements that they on the date of appeal do not work for charges, the cash allowance, calculated on the basis of one subsistence minimum established for able-bodied persons for January 01 of calendar year in month is paid.

4. Implementation by the person liable for call-up of the payments provided by Items 1 - 3rd this Instruction, is made by military units at the venue of charges: daily allowance - by code of economic classification of expenses 2250 "Expenses on business trip", cash cover and money payments - by code of economic classification of expenses 2112 "Cash providing the military personnel" within the budgetary appropriations approved in estimates of military units, organizations and organizations for these purposes.

5. For the persons liable for call-up specified in Item 3 of this Instruction the right to the payments provided by the current legislation also remains.

6. Transportation of persons liable for call-up to the venue of charges and back to the place of residence is performed according to the article 0929 "Transportation expenses" of the estimate of the Ministry of Defence of Ukraine.

7. For the persons liable for call-up called on charges remains for the entire period of charges, including time of transportation to the place of their carrying out and back, place of employment, post and average earnings both on the main, and at the combined works.

Specified persons are not subject to release from work on initiative of the owner or the body authorized by it irrespective of subordination and patterns of ownership from the date of receipt of the agenda about appeal and before return, except cases of liquidation of organization, company, organization, etc. where they worked.

In case of reorganization of the company (merge, accession, separation, department) at which the person liable for call-up works, for the period charges of payment to it perform:

in case of business merger with other company - the company which resulted from merge;

in case of accession of one company to other company the last;
