About scientific advisory council of Security Council of the Russian Federation

For the purpose of increase in efficiency of scientific and methodological and expert and analytical ensuring activities of Security Council of the Russian Federation and its working bodies I decide:

1. Form scientific advisory council of Security Council of the Russian Federation.

2. Determine that:

a) the chairman of scientific advisory council of Security Council of the Russian Federation on position is the Secretary of the Security Council of the Russian Federation;

b) the scientific advisory council of Security Council of the Russian Federation consists of presidium of scientific advisory council of Security Council of the Russian Federation and committees of scientific advisory council of Security Council of the Russian Federation.

3. Approve enclosed:

a) Regulations on scientific advisory council of Security Council of the Russian Federation;

b) structure of presidium of scientific advisory council of Security Council of the Russian Federation.

4. To the chairman of scientific advisory council of Security Council of the Russian Federation to form committees of scientific advisory council of Security Council of the Russian Federation and to approve their members.

5. Abolish scientific council under Security Council of the Russian Federation.

6. Bring in Regulations on Security Council of the Russian Federation and the Regulations on the office of Security Council of the Russian Federation approved by the Presidential decree of the Russian Federation of March 7, 2020 No. 175 "About some questions of Security Council of the Russian Federation" (The Russian Federation Code, 2020, No. 10, Art. 1323; 2021, No. 1, Art. 84; 2024, No. 7, Art. 923), following changes:

a) in Regulations on Security Council of the Russian Federation:

in Item 23:

add the subitem "v" with the paragraph of the following content:

"the m (2)) participates in the plenary sessions of scientific advisory council of the Security Council, meetings of members of presidium of scientific advisory council of the Security Council and committee meetings of scientific advisory council of the Security Council;";

in Item 25:

state the subitem "g" in the following edition:

"d) will organize activities of working bodies of the Security Council - the interdepartmental commissions of the Security Council, the temporary interdepartmental commissions of the Security Council and scientific advisory council of the Security Council;";

add the subitem "f" with paragraphs of the following content:

"the project of regulations on scientific advisory council of the Security Council approved with the Vice-chairman of the Security Council;

the offers on candidates for inclusion in structure of presidium of scientific advisory council of the Security Council approved with the Vice-chairman of the Security Council;";

state Item 26 in the following edition:

"26. The Security Council according to the tasks and functions forms working bodies - the interdepartmental commissions of the Security Council, the temporary interdepartmental commissions of the Security Council and scientific advisory council of the Security Council.";

"34. The scientific advisory council of the Security Council performs scientific and methodological and expert and analytical ensuring activities of the Security Council and its working bodies.

to state the subitem "an" of item 4 in the following edition:

"a) plan development of work of the Security Council, interdepartmental commissions of the Security Council, temporary interdepartmental commissions of the Security Council and scientific advisory council of the Security Council, and also planning of own activities;".
