1. Approve the Provision, Structure of central office, the Scheme of management and the List of the organizations and organizations of Committee on cases of women and family under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan (appendices 1, 2, 3, 4).

- the order of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan of August 31, 2006 No. 361 "About questions of Committee on cases of women and family under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan".

Regulations on Committee on cases of women and family under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan

I. General provisions

1. - develops and submits for consideration the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan offers on ensuring tender equality in all spheres of social and political life, support and social protection of women and family

- together with the relevant interested structures conducts complex researches for further development and coordination of execution of interdepartmental programs for prevention of violence against women and girls, to decrease in gender inequality and advancement of women;

- organizes work on stay and measurement innovative, urgent, approaches in the problem resolution of women and family, forming of positive public thinking concerning provision of women in society;

- uses mass media for distribution of information concerning provision of women, their rights and opportunities, bases of tender equality, promotion of healthy lifestyle, moral wellbeing, responsible approach of youth to creation of family;

- coordinates activities of government institutions, public organizations and the international partners in promotion of tender equality and the problem resolution of women and family;

- cooperates with the legislature and structures of the executive authority, political parties, movements and public organizations operating within the Constitution of the Republic of Tajikistan;

- performs monitoring of execution of the international obligations assumed by the Republic of Tajikistan regarding promotion of gender equality;

- if necessary invites to the meetings the republics interested heads of the ministries, departments and local executive bodies of the government of areas, the cities and areas;

- timely and qualitatively considers letters, claims and proposals of citizens which are within its competence and informs the relevant parties on their results;

- The committee within the powers accepts orders and controls their organization and execution;

- holds in accordance with the established procedure competitions and signs public contracts on order placement on delivery of goods, performance of works, rendering services for needs of Committee, and also on carrying out research works for the state needs in the established field of activity;

- together with the relevant state bodies in accordance with the established procedure takes measures for education, matching and arrangement of the managerial personnel of the Republic of Tajikistan from among gifted women and girls;
