About the list of products which are subject to obligatory assessment of conformity to requirements of the technical regulation of the Eurasian Economic Union "About safety of fowl and products of its conversion" (TR EEU 051/2021) concerning which when placing under customs procedures observance of measures of technical regulation proves to be true

According to Item 8 of the Protocol on technical regulation within the Eurasian Economic Union (appendix No. 9 to the Agreement on the Eurasian Economic Union of May 29, 2014) and Item 8 of appendix No. 2 to the Regulations of work of the Eurasian economic commission approved by the Decision of the Supreme Eurasian economic council of December 23, 2014 No. 98, for the purpose of implementation of the subitem "an" of Item 2 and taking into account Item 3 of the Procedure for import to customs area of the Eurasian Economic Union of products which are subject to obligatory assessment of conformity on customs area of the Eurasian Economic Union approved by the Decision of Council of the Eurasian economic commission of November 12, 2021 No. 130, Board of the Eurasian economic commission SOLVED:

1. Approve the enclosed list of products which are subject to obligatory assessment of conformity to requirements of the technical regulation of the Eurasian Economic Union "About safety of fowl and products of its conversion" (TR EEU 051/2021) concerning which when placing under customs procedures observance of measures of technical regulation proves to be true (further – the list).

2. Determine that the list is applied only to the imported (imported) products, to which the technical regulation of the Eurasian Economic Union "About safety of fowl and products of its conversion" (TR EEU 051/2021) is provided evaluating compliance in the declaration form taking into account that concerning the imported (imported) products concerning which the specified technical regulation provides evaluating compliance in the form of state registration or veterinary and sanitary examination confirmation of observance of measures of technical regulation is performed according to the Decision of the Commission of the Customs union of May 28, 2010 No. 299 and the Decision of the Commission of the Customs union of June 18, 2010 No. 317 respectively.

3. Regulation measures according to the Single veterinary (veterinary and sanitary) requirements imposed to the goods which are subject to veterinary control (supervision), approved by the Decision of the Commission of the Customs union of June 18, 2010 No. 317 are applied to the products included in the list and which are at the same time subject to veterinary control (supervision) when importing to customs area of the Eurasian Economic Union.

4. This Decision becomes effective after 30 calendar days from the date of its official publication.
