About approval of the Procedure for registration of registration or refusal in registration of the declaration for goods, the transit declaration and the declaration on the vehicle, and also about change and recognition voided some decisions of the Commission of the Customs union and Board of the Eurasian economic commission

According to Item 3 of Article 111 of the Customs code of the Eurasian Economic Union the Board of the Eurasian economic commission SOLVED:

1. Approve the enclosed Procedure for registration of registration or refusal in registration of the declaration for goods, the transit declaration and the declaration on the vehicle.

2. Make to decisions of the Commission of the Customs union changes according to appendix No. 1.

3. Recognize invalid decisions of the Commission of the Customs union and Board of the Eurasian economic commission on the list according to appendix No. 2.

4. This Decision becomes effective since April 1, 2026.
