About establishment for 2025 of admissible share of the foreign workers used by the business entities performing in the territory of the Russian Federation separate types of economic activity

1. Establish for 2025 admissible share of the foreign workers used by the business entities performing in the territory of the Russian Federation the following types of activity provided by the All-Russian Classifier of Economic Activities (OK 029-2014 (Edition KDES 2):

a) cultivation of vegetables (code 01.13. 1) - in the amount of 50 percent of total number of the workers used by the specified business entities;

b) forestry and logging (code 02) - in the amount of 50 percent of total number of the workers used by the specified business entities;

c) processing of wood and production of products from tree and stopper, except furniture, production of products from straws and materials for weaving (code 16) - in the amount of 50 percent of total number of the workers used by the specified business entities;

d) construction (Section F) - in the amount of 80 percent of total number of the workers used by the specified business entities;

e) wholesale trade by wood raw materials and the raw forest products (code 46.73.1) - in the amount of 50 percent of total number of the workers used by the specified business entities;

e) wholesale trade by timber (code 46.73.2) - in the amount of 50 percent of total number of the workers used by the specified business entities;

g) retail trade by alcoholic beverages, including beer, in specialized shops (code 47.25.1) - in the amount of 15 percent of total number of the workers used by the specified business entities;

h) retail trade by tobacco products in specialized shops (code 47.26) - in the amount of 15 percent of total number of the workers used by the specified business entities;

i) retail trade by medicines in specialized shops (drugstores) (code 47.73) - in the amount of 0 percent of total number of the workers used by the specified business entities;

j) retail trade in non-stationary shopping facilities and in the markets (code 47.8) - in the amount of 0 percent of total number of the workers used by the specified business entities;

k) other retail trade out of shops, tents, the markets (code 47.99) - in the amount of 0 percent of total number of the workers used by the specified business entities;

l) activities of other land passenger carriage (code 49.3) - in the amount of 24 percent of total number of the workers used by the specified business entities;

m) activities of road load carrying transport (code 49.41) - in the amount of 24 percent of total number of the workers used by the specified business entities;

o) real estate administration for remuneration or on contractual basis (code 68.32) - in the amount of 70 percent of total number of the workers used by the specified business entities;

o) activities for servicing of buildings and the territories (code 81) - in the amount of 70 percent of total number of the workers used by the specified business entities;

p) activities in the field of sport other (code 93.19) - in the amount of 25 percent of total number of the workers used by the specified business entities.

2. Determine that the subitem "an" of Item 1 of this resolution extends on the business entities performing activities in the territory of the Russian Federation, except for the territories of the Udmurt Republic, Krasnoyarsk Krai, the Amur region, the Astrakhan region, the Volgograd region, the Magadan region, the Novgorod region, the Novosibirsk region and the Omsk region.

3. Determine that the subitem "b" of Item 1 of this resolution extends on the business entities performing activities in the territory of the Russian Federation, except for the territories of the Astrakhan region and the Novosibirsk region.

4. Determine that the subitem "v" of Item 1 of this resolution extends on the business entities performing activities in the territory of the Russian Federation, except for the territories of Khabarovsk Krai, the Astrakhan region and the Novosibirsk region.

c) the business entities performing in the territories of the Udmurt Republic, the Orenburg region and Sverdlovsk region activities of automobile taxi and leased cars with the driver (code 49.32).

10. Determine that the subitem "n" of Item 1 of this resolution extends on the business entities performing activities in the territory of the Russian Federation, except for the territories of Krasnodar Krai, Krasnoyarsk Krai, the Magadan region and the Novosibirsk region.

Determine that the subitem "o" of Item 1 of this resolution extends on the business entities performing activities in the territory of the Russian Federation, except for the territories of the Astrakhan region, the Volgograd region, the Novosibirsk region, Chelyabinsk region and Chukotka Autonomous Okrug.
