Suspend the resolution of Board of National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic "About temporary restrictions on transactions with cash foreign currency concerning commercial banks, exchange bureaus, the microfinance and microcredit companies of the Kyrgyz Republic" of March 11, 2022 No. 2022-P-09/14-1-(BS) concerning commercial banks regarding export of shabby cash US dollars and cash US dollars of model of release till 2006 inclusive out of limits of the Kyrgyz Republic till March 1, 2027.
2. Till March 1, 2027 years to permit commercial banks to export out of limits of the Kyrgyz Republic shabby cash US dollars and cash US dollars of model of release till 2006 inclusive in exchange for cash US dollars and/or non-cash US dollars.
3. To commercial banks when implementing transaction on export out of limits of the Kyrgyz Republic of shabby cash US dollars and cash US dollars of model of release till 2006 inclusive:
- provide receipt to the Kyrgyz Republic of cash US dollars and/or non-cash US dollars in the amount of, corresponding to transaction amount on export out of limits of the Kyrgyz Republic of shabby cash US dollars and cash US dollars of model of release till 2006 inclusive, without commission amount of bank partner;
- to strictly observe requirements of the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic in the field of counteraction to financing of terrorist activities and to legalization (washing) of the criminal income (PFTD/LPD) for the purpose of elimination of the risks connected with possibility of application of the international sanctions;
