1. Approve the enclosed form of the certificate of the international scheme of certification of the rough natural diamonds (the certificate of the Kimberley process).
2. Declare invalid the order of the Minister of investments and development of the Republic of Kazakhstan of October 5, 2017 No. 677 "About approval of form of the certificate of the international scheme of certification of the rough natural diamonds and recognition voided some orders of the Deputy prime minister of the Republic of Kazakhstan - the Minister of the industry and new technologies of the Republic of Kazakhstan" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts at No. 15959).
3. To provide to committee of the industry of the Industry ministry and construction of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation:
1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
2) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Industry ministry and construction of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
4. To impose control of execution of this order on the supervising vice-Minister of Industry and construction of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
5. This order becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.
