Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Approve the Procedure for lump sum payment of funds for the orphan children, children deprived of parent guardianship, who are brought up in families of guardians, custodians which is applied.

2. Bring the enclosed changes in resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.

Changes which are made to Resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine

1. Item 7 of the Procedure for calculation of average monthly comprehensive income of family (household) for all types of the government public assistance approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of July 22, 2020 No. 632 "Some questions of payment of the government public assistance" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2020, No. 61, Art. 1981; 2024, No. 35, the Art. 2208) to add with the paragraph of the following content:

1) in Item 3:

add Item with the subitem 6 of the following content:

"6) lump sum payment of funds for the orphan children, children deprived of parent guardianship, who are brought up in families of guardians, custodians and also on payment of the expenses connected with its payment through department of the organization performing payment and delivery of pensions and the monetary assistance.";

add Item with the paragraph of the following content:

"In the direction of use determined in subitem 6 of this Item, funds are allocated according to procedure for lump sum payment of funds for the orphan children, children deprived of parent guardianship, who are brought up in families of guardians, custodians, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine approved by the resolution of December 3, 2024 No. 1383 "Some questions of use of funds from the account for rendering humanitarian and other assistance to the civilian population in the conditions of the warlike situation in Ukraine open for the Ministry of social policy in National Bank for additional measures for social support of the orphan children and children deprived of parent guardianship".";

Item 4 to add 2) with the paragraph of the following content:

Distribution between receivers of the means determined in paragraph nine of item 4 of this Procedure in the direction of use determined in the subitem 6 of Item 3 presents of the Procedure is performed according to Items 4-1 and 6-1 of the Procedure for use of the means provided in the Government budget for the ensuring social protection of children and family approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 30, 2022 No. 1474 "Some questions of social protection of children and family" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2023, No. 4, the Art. 316), - with the changes made by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 3, 2024 No. 1383, and the Procedure for lump sum payment of funds for the orphan children, children deprived of parent guardianship, who are brought up in families of guardians, custodians, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine approved by the resolution of December 3, 2024 No. 1383.".
