Some questions of availability of the drugs which are subject to reimbursation in 2025

Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Determine that:

the limiting list of the wholesale selling prices on medicines which are subject to reimbursation in 2025 according to the program of the state guarantees of medical attendance of the population is created by National service of health and affirms the Ministry of Health out of turn one-timely in December, 2024 according to the list of medicines (the international unlicensed names and forms of release) according to appendix. Limiting calculation of wholesale selling price is perfromed based on the information on extreme wholesale selling prices supplied from the register with some medicines purchased for budgetary funds and subjects to the reference pricing approved by the Ministry of Health;

forming of offers on inclusion of medicines in the list of the medicines which are subject to reimbursation in 2025 according to the program of the state guarantees of medical attendance of the population is performed in the December, 2024 in the reduced terms (within 14 calendar days from the date of forming of the limiting list of wholesale selling prices on the medicines which are subject to reimbursation in 2025 according to the program of the state guarantees of medical attendance of the population) according to the procedure established by Items 14-16 of the Procedure for reimbursation of medicines and medical products approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of July 28, 2021 No. 854 "Some questions of reimbursation of medicines and medical products according to the program of the state guarantees of medical attendance of the population" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2021 rivers, No. 67, Art. 4230; 2023, No. 65, the Art. 3698), according to the list of medicines (the international unlicensed names and forms of release) according to appendix.

2. Bring in the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of July 28, 2021 No. 854 "Some questions of reimbursation of medicines and medical products according to the program of the state guarantees of medical attendance of the population" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2021, No. 67, Art. 4230; 2022, No. 74, Art. 4473; 2023, No. 65, the Art. 3698) the enclosed changes.

Changes which are made to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of July 28, 2021 No. 854

1. To state subitem 2-1 of Item 2 of the limiting Procedure of payments of wholesale selling prices on medicines and medical products approved by the specified resolution in the following edition:

"2-1) extreme wholesale selling price of medicine, except medicines of insulin which contains two either more active ingredients, or medicine for which the daily dose recommended to WHO is not established (further - the combined medicine), - the maximum cost:

the combined medicine which is subject to reimbursation, the corresponding form of release - for tablets, capsules and tablets with the modified release;

primary package of medicinal means - for granules, liquid, powders, powders for inhalations, inhalations in cylinders, nebulizers, the thaw ear and eye, ointments eye, is calculated on the basis of external reference pricing according to this Procedure without supplying and sales and trade (retail) allowances and the value added tax;".
