1. The organization by banks of process of collection and placement of biometric personal data of physical person in the state information system "Single System of Identification and Authentication of Physical Persons with Use of Biometric Personal Data" (further - Single biometric system) shall be performed according to the following requirements:

1.1. The bank at least once a month according to the procedure, provided by its internal document, shall organize briefing of the employees of bank who are directly performing collection and placement of biometric personal data in Single biometric system (further - authorized employees) during which the bank shall acquaint them with procedure for processing, including collection and storage, biometric personal data, including requirements to parameters of biometric personal data, and also with procedure for placement and updating of biometric personal data in Single biometric system, determined by the federal executive body performing regulation in the sphere of identification and authentication of physical persons on the basis of biometric personal data according to subitems "an" and "b" of Item 1 of part 2 of article 6 of the Federal Law of December 29, 2022 No. 572-FZ "About implementation of identification and (or) authentication of physical persons with use of biometric personal data, about modification of separate legal acts of the Russian Federation and recognition voided separate provisions of legal acts of the Russian Federation".

1.2. In case of change of the procedures specified in subitem 1.1 of this Item, the bank in time which is not exceeding fifteen working days after day of their change shall organize holding extraordinary briefing of authorized employees.

1.3. The bank shall post on the official site on the Internet (further - the official site) and in the mobile application information on addresses and on working hours of the structural divisions of bank performing collection and placement of biometric personal data in Single biometric system.

1.4. In case of change of information on addresses and (or) about working hours of the structural divisions of bank performing collection and placement of biometric personal data in Single biometric system, the bank in time no later than one working day from the date of its change shall update the specified information on the official site and in the mobile application.

1.5. The bank shall place on the device of registration of electronic queue (in case of its availability) the notification on possibility of collection and placement of biometric personal data of physical person in Single biometric system.

1.6. The bank under the organization of process of collection and placement of biometric personal data of physical person in Single biometric system shall provide regular, at least once a month, check of operability of all stationary means and mobile (figurative) devices of computer facilities (including tablets and electronic terminals) used for the organization of the specified collections and placement.

2. Bank which for the purposes of identification of the client - physical person, and also the client's representative - the legal entity having the right without power of attorney to act on behalf of the legal entity and No. 115-FZ which is physical person, according to the procedure, stipulated in Item 5.8 articles 7 of the Federal Law of August 7, 2001 "About counteraction of legalization (washing) of income gained in the criminal way and to terrorism financing" (further - the Federal Law No. 115-FZ), applies Single biometric system by means of the official site, and also the mobile application having no right to demand from specified persons of submission of other data and (or) documents for establishment and the confirmation of reliability received with use of Single biometric system and federal state information system "Single system of identification and authentication in infrastructure providing information and technological interaction of the information systems used for provision of the state and municipal services electronically" <1> information about them determined by the Federal Law No. 115-FZ.
