1. Form:

a) Institute of advanced training and retraining of personnel of the sphere of agricultural industry (further - Institute) in the form of public institution in system of National knowledge center and innovations in agricultural industry under the Ministry of Agriculture (further - the National center) based on:

The industry center of retraining and advanced training of pedagogical personnel under the Tashkent state agricultural university;

The center of retraining and advanced training of the managerial personnel and Agrobusiness and Management direction specialists for agro-industrial complex under the Tashkent state agricultural university;

The industry center of retraining and advanced training of personnel in the field of agricultural industry under the International agricultural university;

The center for increase in potential of subjects of agrobusiness under the International institute of food technologies and engineering;

b) Institute of retraining and advanced training of pedagogical personnel and specialists in the field of veterinary science and livestock production in the form of public institution under Committee of veterinary science and development of livestock production (further - Institute of advanced training of personnel in the field of veterinary science) based on:

The industry center of retraining and advanced training of pedagogical personnel under the Samarkand state university of veterinary medicine, livestock production and biotechnologies;

The center of retraining and advanced training of personnel under the Samarkand state university of veterinary medicine, livestock production and biotechnologies.

2. Approve the main objectives and activities of Institute of advanced training and retraining of personnel of the sphere of agricultural industry and Institute of retraining and advanced training of pedagogical personnel and specialists in the field of veterinary science and livestock production according to appendix No. 1.

5. Establish procedure according to which employees of central office, the organizations of system, territorial structural subdivisions of the Ministry of Agriculture, and also the managerial personnel and specialists of the organizations in its system at least once in three years shall study at professional development course.

6. To the listeners who successfully ended rates of retraining and advanced training at Institute and Institute of advanced training of personnel in the field of veterinary science the certificate which is the document of the state model of strict accounting is issued.

7. Determine that:

a) total number of established posts of Institute constitutes 23 units (without the faculty, technical and service personnel), from them:

content of 10 established posts is performed at the expense of means of the Government budget;

content of 13 established posts is performed by extrabudgetary funds of Institute;

b) total number of established posts of Institute of advanced training of personnel in the field of veterinary science constitutes 15 units (without the faculty, technical and service personnel), from them:

content of 8 established posts is performed at the expense of means of the Government budget;

content of 7 established posts is performed by extrabudgetary funds of Institute of advanced training of personnel in the field of veterinary science;

c) the payment terms of work, material stimulation and social protection established by acts of the legislation for employees of the public highest educational institutions extend to employees of Institute and Institute of advanced training of personnel in the field of veterinary science.

At the same time under the terms of compensation the director of Institute and the director of Institute of advanced training of personnel in the field of veterinary science are equated to the rector of the highest educational institution, their deputies - to the vice rector of the highest educational institution.

8. To the Ministry of Agriculture (I. Abdurakhmonov) and to Committee of veterinary science and development of livestock production (B. Norkobilov) till January 1, 2025 to attract the compatriots who graduated from the authoritative foreign highest educational organizations, and foreign specialists in Institute and Institute of advanced training of personnel in the field of veterinary science, highly qualified and pilot personnel - in departments of methodical providing these organizations.

To the Ministry of Agriculture and Committee of veterinary science and development of livestock production together with the Ministry of the higher education, science and innovations in two-month time to approve curricula and programs of Institute and Institute of advanced training of personnel in the field of veterinary science.
