1. Approve the Procedure of sanitary and epidemiological surveillance (control) of the faces, vehicles, goods and loads moved through Frontier of the Kyrgyz Republic according to appendix.

2. Recognize to invalid:

2) item 4 of the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About entering of amendments and changes into some decisions of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic" of April 1, 2015 No. 175;

3) Item 3 of the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About modification of some decisions of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic" of April 1, 2016 No. 170.

To the Ministry of Health of the Kyrgyz Republic, the Ministry of water resources, agricultural industry and processing industry of the Kyrgyz Republic, the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic, the Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Kyrgyz Republic, the State Customs Service under the Ministry of Finance of the Kyrgyz Republic, the Border service of the State committee of homeland security of the Kyrgyz Republic to bring the acts into accord with this resolution and to take the measures following from this resolution.

Chapter 1. General principles of sanitary and epidemiological surveillance (control)

The procedure about implementation of sanitary and epidemiological surveillance (control) of the faces, vehicles, goods and loads moved through Frontier of the Kyrgyz Republic (further - the Procedure), determines the procedure, the single principles, the organization and technique of carrying out the state sanitary and epidemiological surveillance (control) of the faces, vehicles, goods and loads moved through Frontier of the Kyrgyz Republic.

4. At the check points through Frontier of the Kyrgyz Republic determined by decisions of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic, places of customs clearance of loads (further - MTO) by the Ministry of Health of the Kyrgyz Republic will organize sanitary and quarantine Items.

On case of emergence of emergency situations in the field of public health care (epidemics, pandemics, cases of mass poisonings, etc.) according to the decision of operational staff on its liquidation temporary SKP (railway, automobile stations, stations, the airports, interrepublican, international highways) will be organized.
