2. Declare invalid the order of the Minister of information and social development of the Republic of Kazakhstan of May 6, 2021 No. 156 "About approval of standard regulations on regional commissions concerning forming of the state information policy" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts No. 22746).

3. To provide to committee of information of the Ministry of Culture and information of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan:

1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Ministry of Culture and information of the Republic of Kazakhstan after its official publication;

3) within ten working days after state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan submission to Legal department of the Ministry of Culture and information of the Republic of Kazakhstan of data on execution of the actions provided by subitems 1) and 2) of this Item.

4. To impose control of execution of this order on the supervising vice-Minister of Culture and Information of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

5. This order becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.

Standard regulations on regional commissions concerning the state information policy

Chapter 1. General provisions

1. This Standard regulations on regional commissions concerning the state information policy (further - the Standard provision) are developed according to Item 3 of article 32 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About mass media" and the subitem 12) of Item 15 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Culture and information of the Republic of Kazakhstan approved by the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of October 4, 2023 No. 866 "About some questions of the Ministry of Culture and information of the Republic of Kazakhstan".

2. Regional commission concerning the state information policy (further - the Commission) is created under local executive bodies of areas, cities of republican value, the capital (further - local executive body).

Chapter 2. Functions and activities of the Commission

3. Basic functions of the Commission are:

1) consideration of requests of applicants for receipt of the state order on carrying out the state information policy at the regional level including directed to content production for children both development of regional periodic printing editions, and development of offers according to rules of placement of the state order on carrying out the state information policy at the republican and regional levels;

2) the direction of requests of applicants for receipt of the state order on carrying out the state information policy at the regional level for consideration of the Republican commission on questions of the state information policy and for receipt of recommendations according to rules of placement of the state order about carrying out the state information policy at the republican and regional levels;

3) implementation of the functions approved by the order of the acting minister of culture and information of the Republic of Kazakhstan of November 6, 2024 No. 526-HK "About approval of Rules of placement of the state order on carrying out the state information policy at the regional level" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts for No. 35349) (further - Rules).

4. The structure of the Commission is created and affirms local executive body from among the head of the public institution authorized by local executive body on implementation of functions on carrying out the state order on carrying out the state information policy at the regional level, representatives of non-profit organizations, the mass media interested state bodies.

5. The commission consists of the chairman, members of the commission and the secretary.
