According to Item 5 of article 5 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About professional qualifications" and subitem 56-7) of Item 15 of the Regulations on the Ministry of the digital development, innovations and the aerospace industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan approved by the Order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of July 12, 2019 No. 501, I ORDER:

1. Approve:

1) the professional standard "Business analyst" according to appendix 1 to this order;

2) the professional standard "Systems analyst" according to appendix 2 to this order.

2. To provide to committee of artificial intelligence and development of innovations of the Ministry of digital development, innovations and aerospace industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan:

1) the direction of this order within five working days after its signing in the state and Russian languages in the Republican state company on the right of economic maintaining "Institute of the legislation and legal information of the Republic of Kazakhstan" the Ministries of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan for official publication and inclusion in Reference control bank of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Ministry of digital development, innovations and the aerospace industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan after its official publication.

3. To impose control of execution of this order on the supervising first vice-minister of digital development, innovations and the aerospace industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

4. This order becomes effective after five calendar days after day of its first official publication.

Professional Business analyst standard

Chapter 1. General provisions

1. Scope of the professional standard: the professional Business analyst standard (further – the professional standard) is developed according to Item 5 of article 5 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About professional qualifications" and is intended for forming of educational programs, personnel training at the companies, certification of workers and graduates of the organization of education and solutions of wide range of tasks in the field of personnel management in the organizations and at the companies, and also adaptation of content of own professional activity.

2. In this professional standard the following terms and determinations are applied:

1) labor function – enrollment of the interconnected actions directed to the solution of one or several tasks of process of work;

2) professional qualification – the extent of professional training characterizing ownership of the competences required for accomplishment of labor functions by profession;

3) the professional standard – the written official document establishing general requirements to knowledge, abilities, skills, work experience taking into account formal and (or) informal, and (or) informalny education, to skill level and competence, content, quality and working conditions in specific area of professional activity;
