2. Declare invalid the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic "About introduction of temporary ban on import (import) of portland cement, cement aluminous, cement slag and similar hydraulic cements, uncolored or painted, ready or in the form of clinkers on the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic in the motor transportation way" of July 12, 2024 No. 374.
3. To the Ministry of Economy and Trade of the Kyrgyz Republic in accordance with the established procedure to notify the World Trade Organization and the Eurasian economic commission on removal of the temporary ban specified in Item 1 of this resolution.
4. To the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic in accordance with the established procedure to notify Executive committee of the Commonwealth of Independent States on removal of the temporary ban specified in Item 1 of this resolution.
5. To impose control of execution of this resolution on management of control of execution of decisions of the President and the Presidential Administration Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic.
6. This resolution becomes effective after fifteen days from the date of official publication.
