1. Make changes to the following resolutions of the Ministry of Architecture of the Republic of Belarus:
1.1. in the resolution of the Ministry of Architecture of the Republic of Belarus of August 4, 2020 No. 39 "About approval of the Instruction about procedure of designer's service of construction":
to exclude from the name of the word "behind construction";
state preamble in the following edition:
"Based on subitems 1.28 and 1.29 of Item 1 of article 22 of the Code of the Republic of Belarus about architectural, town-planning and construction activities the Ministry of Architecture of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:";
to exclude from Item 1 of the word "behind construction";
