1. Impose export ban from the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan all modes of transport for a period of six months of separate types of forest products (code of the commodity nomenclature of Foreign economic activity of the Eurasian Economic Union 4401, 4403, 4404, 4406 and 4407) regardless of country of source, except for code of the CN FEA EEU 4406910000 "Cross ties wooden of coniferous breeds for railway or tram tracks, other" and code of the CN FEA EEU 4401310000 "Wood granules" which country of source is the Republic of Kazakhstan.

2. To committee of the industry of the Industry ministry and construction of the Republic of Kazakhstan to notify:

1) Committee of state revenues of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan about ensuring control on execution of Item 1 of this order;

2) Joint-stock company "The Kazakstan Tem_r Zhola national company (under approval) about application of measures for realization of Item 1 of this order in the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

3) the Ministry of Trade and integration of the Republic of Kazakhstan about need in accordance with the established procedure to inform the Eurasian economic commission on introduction of this order of prohibition specified in Item 1.

3. To provide to committee of the industry of the Industry ministry and construction of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation:

1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Industry ministry and construction of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

4. To impose control of execution of this order on the supervising vice-Minister of Industry and construction of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

5. This order becomes effective since December 12, 2024 and is subject to official publication.
