1. This Federal Law establishes features of provision of pensions of the citizens of the Russian Federation having the periods of work and (or) other activities in the territory of Ukraine and (or) the territories of the Donetsk People's Republic and the Luhansk People's Republic, the stipulated in Article 2 presents of the Federal Law, except for citizens from among persons specified regarding 1 article 1 of the Federal Law of July 21, 2014 to No. 208-FZ "About features of provision of pensions of the citizens of the Russian Federation living in the territories of the Republic of Crimea and the federal city of Sevastopol" and parts 1 of article 1 of the Federal Law of February 17, 2023 No. 17-FZ "About features of pension and collateral social security of the citizens living in the territories of the Donetsk People's Republic, the Luhansk People's Republic, the Zaporizhia region and Kherson region".
