1) in Item 1 of Article 9:
a) state subitem 18 in the following edition:
"18) establishment of procedure for certification of experts in conducting the state historical and cultural examination, the suspension and deprivation of certification of experts in conducting the state historical and cultural examination including including requirements to candidates for receipt of the status of the expert in conducting the state historical and cultural examination, certification of experts in conducting the state historical and cultural examination according to the specified procedure;";
b) declare subitem 25 invalid;
