For the purpose of ensuring accomplishment of Item 2.2 of the Presidential decree of the Azerbaijan Republic of June 3, 2019 in "The regulations on the interdepartmental automated "Access Exit and Registration" information retrieval system approved by the Presidential decree of the Azerbaijan Republic of April 22, 2008 No. 744, the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic decide No. 717 about modification:
In approved by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic of January 12, 2012 No. 5 (Collection of Legal acts of the Azerbaijan Republic, 2012, No. 1, Article 29; 2013, No. 8, Articles 999, 1033; 2014, No. 5, Article 561, No. 6, Article 747; 2016, No. 8, Article 1453, No. 9, Article 1585; 2017, No. 1, Article 122, No. 5, Article 963, No. 10, Article 1880, No. 11, Article 2185; 2018, No. 3, Article 616, No. 11, Article 2449; 2019, No. 1, Article 163) Appendix No. 1 - "Service regulations of the interdepartmental automated "Entrance Departure and Registration" information retrieval system to make the following changes:
1. In Item 4.2-1 after words "temporary leaders" to add with the words "also stipulated in Item 6.7-1.2 these rules".
2. Add with subitem 4.2-1.3 of the following content:
"4.2-1.3. Application of forms of customs control to the physical persons provided by Items 6.7-1.2 of this provision."
