1. Approve the enclosed Rules of maintaining the register of state system for ensuring the uniformity of measurements.

2. To provide to committee of technical regulation and metrology of the Ministry for Investments and Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation:

1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) within ten calendar days from the date of state registration of this order the direction in the Kazakh and Russian languages in the Republican state company on the right of economic maintaining "The republican center of legal information" for official publication and inclusion in Reference control bank of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

3) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Ministry for Investments and Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

4) within ten working days after state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan submission to Legal department of the Ministry for Investments and Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan of data on execution of actions, according to subitems 1), 2) and 3) this Item.

3. To impose control of execution of this order on the supervising vice-minister of investments and development of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

4. This order becomes effective since April 11, 2019 and is subject to official publication.

Rules of maintaining register of state system for ensuring the uniformity of measurements

Chapter 1. General provisions

1. These rules of maintaining the register of state system for ensuring the uniformity of measurements (further – Rules) are developed according to the subitem 17) of article 6-2 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About ensuring unity of measurements" (further – the Law) and determine procedure for maintaining the register of state system for ensuring the uniformity of measurements.

2. The state scientific metrological center (further – GNMTs) keeps the register of state system for ensuring the uniformity of measurements in form according to appendix to these rules (further – the register).

Chapter 2. Procedure for maintaining register of state system for ensuring the uniformity of measurements

3. Maintaining the register is performed for the organization of accounting of registration of objects, participants of works and documents in the field of ensuring unity of measurements (further – objects).

4. The register consists of the following Sections:

Section 1. Standards of units of sizes:

Subsection 1.1. State standards of units of sizes (KZ.01.01.XXXXX-XXXX);

Subsection 1.2. State working standards of units of sizes (KZ.01.02.XXXXX-XXXX);

Subsection 1.3. Standards of units of sizes of the organization (KZ.01.03.XXXXX-XXXX).

Section 2. The approved types of measuring instruments:

Subsection 2.1. The types of measuring instruments made in the Republic of Kazakhstan and imported on the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan (KZ.02.01.XXXXX-XXXX);

Subsection 2.2. The types of measuring instruments made in the Republic of Kazakhstan and imported on the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan by certain batches (KZ.02.02.XXXXX-XXXX);

Subsection 2.3. The types of measuring instruments which underwent the procedure of recognition within the Agreement on mutual recognition of results of testing for the purpose of approval of the type, metrological certification, checking and calibration of measuring instruments approved by the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of May 28, 2015 No. 389 (further – the Agreement) (KZ.02.03.XXXXX-XXXX);

Subsection 2.4. The types of measuring instruments which underwent the procedure of recognition within Rules of mutual recognition of results of works on ensuring unity of the measurements approved by the Decision of Council of the Eurasian economic commission of October 18, 2016 No. 145 (further – the Decision of ECE) (KZ.02.04.XXXXX-XXXX).

Section 3. The measuring instruments which underwent metrological certification:

Subsection 3.1. The measuring instruments made in the Republic of Kazakhstan and imported on the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan (KZ.03.01.XXXXX-XXXX);

Subsection 3.2. The measuring instruments which underwent the procedure of recognition within the Agreement (KZ.03.02.XXXXX-XXXX).
