Based on part three of Item 3 of the Regulations on procedure for confirmation of conditions for application of release from import customs duties and (or) the value added tax concerning the imported (imported) processing equipment, component parts and spare parts to it and (or) the raw materials and materials approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of February 19, 2014 No. 149, of subitem 6.1 of Item 6 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Communications and Informatization of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of March 17, 2004 No. 302, the Ministry of Communications and Informatization of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:
1. Bring in the resolution of the Ministry of Communications and Informatization of the Republic of Belarus of January 12, 2023 No. 1 "About establishment of forms of statements" the following changes:
in paragraphs second and third Item 1 of the word "imported (imported)" shall be replaced with words "imported (imported)";
to be reworded as follows appendices 1 and 2 to this resolution (are applied).
2. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication.
