1. Approve the enclosed Rules of import to the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan from the countries which are not entering into the Eurasian Economic Union and export from the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan to these countries of the precious metals and primary goods containing precious metals.

2. To provide to committee of the industry of the Industry ministry and construction of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation:

1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Industry ministry and construction of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

3. To impose control of execution of this order on the supervising vice-Minister of Industry and construction of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

4. This order becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.

1. These rules of import to the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan from the countries which are not entering into the Eurasian Economic Union and export from the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan to these countries of the precious metals and primary goods containing precious metals (further – Rules) are developed according to the subitem 2) of article 4 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About precious metals and gemstones" (further – the Law on precious metals and gemstones).

Rules determine procedure for import to the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan from the countries which are not entering into the Eurasian Economic Union and export from the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan to these countries of the precious metals and primary goods containing precious metals.
