2. The applications about change of borders of subsoil plots submitted before entry into force of this resolution to Federal Agency for Subsoil Management, its territorial authority or authorized executive body of the subject of the Russian Federation are subject to consideration according to the procedure, acting for date of their giving.

3. Recognize invalid:
