For the purpose of realization of tasks on improvement of quality of provision of the state services rendered by Public institution "Innovative center" under the State agency of intellectual property and innovations under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic (further - Kyrgyzpatent) according to Item 2 of the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the standard standard of the state and municipal services" of September 3, 2012 No. 603, Item 2 of the list of the separate rule-making powers of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic delegated to state bodies and executive bodies of local self-government the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic approved by the resolution "About delegation of separate rule-making powers of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic to state bodies and executive bodies of local self-government" of March 3, 2023 No. 115, the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of the Unified register of the state services rendered by state bodies and their subordinated organizations"
I ORDER:
1. Approve the following standards of the state services rendered by Kyrgyzpatent, included in the Unified register of the state services:
1) Provision of halls and rooms, and also the equipment, stock for implementation of activities in the field of intellectual property and innovations;
2) Rendering services in creation and production of prototypes in the field of intellectual property and innovations.
2. To management of the right:
1) within three working days from the date of official publication to send the copy of this order to the Ministry of Justice of the Kyrgyz Republic for inclusion in the State register of regulatory legal acts of the Kyrgyz Republic;
2) within three working days from the date of entry into force of this order to send the copy of the order to Administration of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic for information.
3. To public institution "Innovative center" in case of Kyrgyzpatenta:
1) to provide official publication of this order according to the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About sources of official publication of regulatory legal acts of the Kyrgyz Republic" of February 26, 2010 to No. 117 in the newspaper of "Erkin-limited liability partnership" and on the official website of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic and Kyrgyzpatent;
2) to organize work on provision of services, specified in Item 1 of this order;
3) to take measures for further improvement of quality and optimization of provision of the above-stated services.
4. To personnel department and clerical works to bring this order to the attention of heads of structural, territorial and subordinated subdivisions of Kyrgyzpatent.
5. This order becomes effective after seven working days from the date of official publication.
