About modification and amendments in the Law "About Public Welfare Payments"

Article 1. Part 1 of article 5 of the Law of December 12, 2013 No. ZR-154 "About public welfare payments" (further - the Law):
The word "family" to replace 1) in Item 1 with the word "vulnerability";
Item 2 to declare 2) invalid.
Article 2. Regarding the 2nd article 6 of the Law to exclude the words "in the territorial center".
Article 3. Regarding 1 article 7 of the law:
The word "law" to replace 1) in Item 1 with the word "legislation";
Item 3 after the words "doubtful" to add 2) with the words "or false".
Article 4. In parts 5-9 of article 8 of the Law of the word "Family Allowance, Social Benefit" shall be replaced with words "Neediness", and to add part 8 of the same Article after the words "cash payment" with the words "neediness".
Article 5. State Chapter 3 of the law in the following edition:
"Chapter 3. Benefit on neediness
Article 13. The right to benefit on neediness and the basis for provision of benefit on neediness
1. On neediness the family recognized neediness of family, socially unsecured according to the procedure of assessment, approved by the Order of the Government of the Republic of Armenia (further - evaluation procedure) which size of the monthly income of one settlement member is lower than the threshold established by the Government of the Republic of Armenia for limiting this year granting the right to benefit on neediness, and the benefit size on neediness calculated for family above the minimum size of the benefit on neediness established by the Government of the Republic of Armenia for this year has the right to benefit.
2. For calculation of the monthly income of one settlement family member the total amount of the income of all family members calculated according to the procedure of assessment is divided into the settlement number of family members.
