a) in 90-day time from the date of entry into force of this resolution to develop and approve procedure for issue of confirmation about reference of imported goods to the goods specified in subitem 7.1.70 of Item 7 of the decision of the Commission of the Customs union of November 27, 2009 to No. 130 "On single customs and tariff regulation of the Eurasian Economic Union" concerning the separate goods (codes 2826 12 000 0, 8545 19 000 0 CN FEA EEU) intended for aluminum production (further - confirmation);
b) perform issue to participants of foreign trade activity of confirmation;
