b) perform issue to participants of foreign trade activity of confirmation;

c) in day of issue of confirmations to send to the copy of such confirmations to the Federal Customs Service in electronic form with use of single system of interdepartmental electronic interaction. Before work on modification of software of the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation and the Federal Customs Service signed confirmation goes to the Federal Customs Service with use of system of interdepartmental electronic document management in time, not exceeding one working day from the date of its signing.

2. Determine that ensuring discharge of duty on payment of customs duties is not provided in case of conditional release of the separate goods intended for aluminum production, placed under customs procedure of release for internal consumption using privileges on payment of the import customs duties integrated to restrictions on use and (or) the order with these goods on condition of submission to customs authority of confirmation.

Realization of the power provided by this resolution is performed within the number of employees of the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation, and also budgetary appropriations provided to the Ministry in the federal budget on management and management in the field of the established functions established by the Government of the limiting Russian Federation.

4. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its official publication, extends to the legal relationship which arose from the date of entry into force of the decision of Council of the Eurasian economic commission of April 22, 2024 No. 37 "About modification of some decisions of the Commission of the Customs union concerning the separate goods intended for aluminum production" and is effective till December 31, 2025 inclusive.
