Some questions of creation and functioning of electronic system of registers in the field of crop production "e-crop production"

According to part twelve of Article 12-2, of part five of Articles 12-3 and 12-4, of part three of article 12-5 of the Law of Ukraine "About seeds and landing material", the paragraph of the sixth of part one of Article 6, "About protection of the rights to plant varieties" and for the purpose of introduction of electronic system of registers in the field of crop production "e-crop production" the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides parts five of article 9-1 of the Law of Ukraine:
1. Approve the Procedure for creation and functioning of electronic system of registers in the field of crop production "e-crop production" which is applied.
2. Bring in the Procedure for issue, cancellation, temporary suspension of action of the certificate of the auditor on certifications (agronomist-inspector) approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 28, 2016 No. 1031 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2017, No. 4, Art. 136; 2019, No. 90, Art. 3000; 2021, No. 42, the Art. 2542) changes which are applied.
3. Determine that:
