Chapter 1. General provisions

insurance premium - the payment which is annually paid to the insurer by the insurer proceeding from the actual number insured, determined as the total amount of payments at the rate of 20% of the size of the basic settlement size established by the legislation on the date of payment, on one insured in year;

insurance sum - the amount specified in Item 2 this provision, representing limiting amount of obligations of the insurer before everyone insured;

insured - military personnel and persons liable for call-up, also employees for benefit of whom having special ranks insurance is led and for whom the insurance premium is paid;

the insurer - the legal entity, the national compulsory insurance which is insurance company, performing;
