About introduction of amendments to the Federal law "About the General Principles of the Organization and Activities of Public Chambers of Subjects of the Russian Federation"

Bring in the Federal Law of June 23, 2016 No. 183-FZ "About the general principles of the organization and activities of public chambers of subjects of the Russian Federation" (The Russian Federation Code, 2016, No. 26, Art. 3852; 2017, No. 50, Art. 7563; 2020, No. 42, Art. 6520) following changes:
1) in Article 2:
a) in item 4 of the word "legislative (representative) and executive bodies of the government of the subject of the Russian Federation" shall be replaced with words "legislature of the subject of the Russian Federation and executive bodies of the subject of the Russian Federation";
b) in Item 5 of the word "legislative (representative) and executive bodies of the government of the subject of the Russian Federation" shall be replaced with words "legislature of the subject of the Russian Federation and executive bodies of the subject of the Russian Federation";
Shall be replaced with words 2) in Item 1 of part 2 of Article 7 of the word of "legislative (representative) public authorities" "legislature";
3) in Article 8:
a) in part 7 of the word" (the head of the supreme executive body of the government of the subject of the Russian Federation)" to exclude;
b) in part 8 of the word "legislative (representative) public authority" shall be replaced with words "legislature";
c) state part 9 in the following edition:
"9. The members of Public chamber approved by the management official of the subject of the Russian Federation and the members of Public chamber approved by legislature of the subject of the Russian Federation determine structure of other one third of members of Public chamber from among the candidacies presented by the local public associations registered in the territory of the subject of the Russian Federation.";
