In recent years in the country the system work aimed at providing equality and transparency in land relations, rational and target use of land resources and prevention of unauthorized capture of the parcels of land is carried out.
At the same time there is need for ensuring stability for land legal relationship, protection of lands, strengthening of guarantees of protection of property rights of owners of lands and the timely prevention of offenses for this sphere.
This Law to the Criminal code, the Code of penal procedure and the Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan on the administrative responsibility makes the changes and additions providing strengthening of measures of responsibility for violations of requirements of the legislation on use of lands.
The code of civil procedure and the Economic Procedure Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan are supplemented with the provisions providing special proceeding on cases on return of self-willedally taken parcel of land which is in state-owned property, demolition of unauthorized construction.
The addition providing release of executive bodies on places from payment of the state fee in the claims connected with violation of the land legislation is made to the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "About the state fee".
