Being guided by Item 32 of article 109 of the Constitution of the Azerbaijan Republic, for the purpose of ensuring implementation of the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic of December 3, 2019 No. 1720-VQD "About introduction of amendments to the Family Code of the Azerbaijan Republic", I decide:
2. Make the following changes in "Regulations on the state control of realization of the rights of children" approved by the Presidential decree of the Azerbaijan Republic of May 8, 2012 No. 626 (Collection of Legal acts of the Azerbaijan Republic, 2012, No. 5), Article 419; No. 5, Article 847):
2.1. Subitems 2.1.2 - 2.1.6 to exclude;
2.2. State Items 2.3.6 and 2.4.5 in the following edition:
"2.3.6. Renders assistance in the device of children is more senior than 3 years deprived of parent guardianship, registered according to the Family Code of the Azerbaijan Republic;";
"2.4.5. Renders assistance in the device of children up to 3 years deprived of parent guardianship, registered according to the Family Code of the Azerbaijan Republic;";
2.3. At the end of subitem 2.5.10 to replace point with semicolon and to add with subitems 2.5.11-2.5.16 of the following content:
"2.5.11. keeps electronic account of the children deprived of parent guardianship and adopted, and also persons wishing to adopt them (citizens of the Azerbaijan Republic, foreigners and stateless persons);
2.5.12. provides reasons for adoption and making the conclusion about compatibility of interests of the adopted child;
