According to Item 3 of subsection 9-3 of the Section XX of the Tax code of Ukraine, the subitem 5 of item 4 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 20, 2014 No. 375, I ORDER:
2. Declare invalid the order of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine of April 06, 2021 No. 201 "About approval of the Form of provision to the central executive body realizing the state tax policy, information on the granted licenses to use radio-frequency resource of Ukraine concerning each payer of rent payment for use of radio-frequency resource which estimates the amount of rent payment according to line item of the 11th Item 254.4 of article 254 of the Tax Code of Ukraine", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on April 26, 2021 at No. 554/36176.
3. In accordance with the established procedure to provide to department of tax policy of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine promulgation of this order.
4. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
5. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the Deputy Minister of Finance of Ukraine Vorobey S. I. and Chairman of the State Tax Administration of Ukraine.
