Publish the Message "About condition of the constitutional legality in the Republic of Belarus in 1998" in the Zvyazda and National Newspaper newspapers, and also in "Vedamastsyakh Natsyyanalnaga to descent of Respubliki Belarus" and "Vesniku Kanstytutsyynaga Suda Respubliki Belarus" in ten-day time from the date of acceptance.
