Make the following changes to the Presidential decree of the Azerbaijan Republic of October 10, 2017 No. 1627 "About approval of operating procedure of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic" and "Provisions on the Office of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic" (Collection of Legal acts of the Azerbaijan Republic, 2017, No. 10, Article 1794):
1. According to the "Operating procedure of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic" approved by this resolution:
1.1. Exclude the words "as a rule" from Item 1.4;
1.2. In Item 1.7 after words of "public legal entities" to add with words of "non-commercial legal entities";
1.3. In the first offer of Item 1.8 after words "Cabinet of Ministers" to add with words of "the laws of the Azerbaijan Republic";
1.4. Exclude the word of "meetings" from Item 2.1;
1.5. In the first offer of Item 3.3 before words "Cabinet of Ministers" in the first case to add the word "will participate in meeting";
