3. Make the following changes to "The list of the data carried to the state secret", No. 248 approved by the Presidential decree of the Azerbaijan Republic of June 3, 2005 (Collection of Legal acts of the Azerbaijan Republic, 2005, Article 485 No. 6 (volume I):
3.1. In the column "The Public Authorities of the Azerbaijan Republic Having the Right to Dispose of Information Which Is the State Secret" (in both cases) Item 2 of part II, before the word "Educations" to add the word "Sciences and";
3.2. In the column "The State Bodies of the Azerbaijan Republic Having Powers to Dispose of Information Which Is the State Secret" of Items 7 and 8 of part III, before the word "National" to add the word "Ministry of Science and Education";
