About introduction of the mode of export providing
According to article 19-2 of the Law of Ukraine "About foreign economic activity" the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:
1. Temporarily, for action of martial law in Ukraine imposed by the Presidential decree of Ukraine of February 24, 2022 No. 64 "About introduction of warlike situation in Ukraine", the approved Law of Ukraine of February 24, 2022 No. 2102-IX "About approval of the Presidential decree of Ukraine "About introduction of warlike situation in Ukraine" to introduce regime of export providing to transactions on export of separate types of goods according to the list according to appendix according to the procedure and on the conditions determined by article 19-2 of the Law of Ukraine "About foreign economic activity".
2. Recognize invalid resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine according to the enclosed list.
3. Provide to the Ministry of Agricultural Policy and Food representation to the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine within two months after completion of implementation of the pilot project provided by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of October 31, 2023 No. 1132 "About implementation of the pilot project on verification of subjects of agro-industrial complex in the conditions of warlike situation", the report on results of its realization.
4. This resolution becomes effective since December 1, 2024.

included in commodity subcategories in 1001 91 10th 00, 1002 10 00th 00, 1003 10 00th 00, 1004 10 00th 00, 1005 10 13th 00, 1005 10 15th 00, 1005 10 18th 00, 1201 10 00th 00, 1205 10 10th 00, 1206 00 10 00 according to UKTVED which are performed by taxpayers on value added accompanied by the phytosanitary certificate issued taking into account provisions of Item 1-5 of the Section IX "Final and transitional provisions" of the Law of Ukraine "About quarantine of plants".
