These Administrative regulations establish procedure and the standard of provision of the state service in issue of licenses and other allowing documents for export and (or) import of separate types of goods (except for export licenses and (or) gas import natural in a liquefied state) (further - Service).

2. The service is provided to individual entrepreneurs, legal entities, and also their authorized representatives specified in the table 1 of appendix No. 1 to these Administrative regulations (further - applicants).

Service provision options

3. The service shall be provided to the applicant according to Service provision option (further - option).

4. The option is determined according to the table 2 of appendix No. 1 to these Administrative regulations proceeding from the applicant's signs, and also from result of provision of Service for which provision the applicant addressed.

5. Signs of the applicant are determined by the questioning performed by Minpromtorg of Russia (further - profiling) <1> according to these Administrative regulations.

II. Standard of provision of Service

c) issue of the duplicate of the export license and (or) import of separate types of goods;

d) issue of the duplicate of the import permit and (or) import of separate types of goods.

9. Results of provision of Service can be received by means of the state information system of the industry (further - GISP) <3> and the information system "One Window" in the sphere of foreign trade activity <4> (further - IS "One Window") (if technically possible), by personal visit of Authority, by means of the mailing.

in case of issue of the import permit and (or) import of separate types of goods - 3 working days from the date of registration in Authority of the statement (request);

in case of issue issue of the duplicate of the export license and (or) import of separate types of goods - 5 working days from the date of registration in Authority of the statement (request);

in case of issue of the duplicate of the import permit and (or) import of separate types of goods - 3 working days from the date of registration in Authority of the statement (request).
