5) the minimum regulations of providing with furniture, stock, the equipment and objects of organizations of Service of execution of punishments under the Ministry of Justice of the Kyrgyz Republic according to appendix 5;
6) the minimum regulations of leave of soap and detergents to the convicts and persons containing in organizations of Service of execution of punishments under the Ministry of Justice of the Kyrgyz Republic according to appendix 6.

3. This resolution becomes effective after fifteen days from the date of official publication.
