1. Commercial banks and payment institutes from the date of entry into force of this resolution till December 31, 2025 are forbidden to levy commission fee (commissions) from clients - physical persons for rendering services in implementation of the money transfers in national currency in the Kyrgyz Republic which are carried out by means of mobile applications and Internet banking.

2. Determine that requirements of the regulatory legal acts of National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic regulating collection of commission fee (commissions) for the rendered services extend to commercial banks and payment institutes in the part which is not contradicting this resolution.

3. This resolution becomes effective after one month from the date of official publication.

4. To department "Secretariat of Board" within 3 (three) working days from the date of adoption of this resolution to bring it to the attention of management of methodology and licensing of payment systems, management of methodology of supervision, management of banking supervision, legal management, regional managements and Representative office of National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic in Batken Province.

5. To legal management:

- from the date of receipt of the relevant documents within 3 (three) working days to publish this resolution on the official website of National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic;

- after official publication to send this resolution to the Ministry of Justice of the Kyrgyz Republic for inclusion in the State register of regulatory legal acts of the Kyrgyz Republic.

6. To management of methodology and licensing of payment systems within 3 (three) working days from the date of official publication of this resolution to bring it to the attention of OYuL "Union of Banks of Kyrgyzstan", OYuL "Association of Operators Payment to the KG System", commercial banks and payment institutes of the Kyrgyz Republic.

7. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the board member of the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic supervising management of supervision of payment systems.
