According to the subitem 41) Item 1 of article 6 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About state regulation of development of agro-industrial complex and the rural territories" and the subitem 1) article 10 of the Law of the Republic "About the state services" PRIKAZYVAYU:

1. Approve Rules of subsidizing of part of the expenses incurred in case of confirmation of conformity of production of organic products according to appendix 1 to this order.

2. Recognize invalid some orders and structural elements of some orders of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan according to the list according to appendix 2 to this order.

3. And conversions of agricultural products of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation to provide to department of the agrofood markets:

1) the state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan after its official publication.

4. To impose control of execution of this order on the supervising vice-Minister of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

5. This order becomes effective since January 1, 2025 and is subject to official publication.
