1. Approve the enclosed Method of calculation of the main indicators in the field of the industry.

2. To provide to department of industrial policy of the Industry ministry and construction of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation placement of this order on Internet resource of the Industry ministry and construction of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

3. To impose control of execution of this order on the supervising vice-Minister of Industry and construction of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

4. This order becomes effective from the date of signing.

Technique of calculations of the main indicators in the field of the industry

Chapter 1. General provisions

1. This Method of calculation of the main indicators in the field of the industry (further - the Technique) is developed according to subitem 2-1) of Item 3 of article 16 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About the state statistics".

2. The technique determines the main aspects and methods of receipt of official statistical information for measure calculation, characterizing industry activities, for the purpose of implementation of efficiency evaluation of implementation of measures of the state stimulation of the industry.

3. Object of this Technique are subjects: the national managing holding created within measures for optimization of management system by institutes of development, the financial organizations and to development of national economy, the national institutes of development, the national company in the field of investment attraction, the single operator on promotion of non-oil export, and also fund of development of the industry authorized on implementation of measures of the state stimulation of the industry.

4. In this Technique the following basic concepts are used:

1) the subjects of industrial and innovative system participating in the state stimulation of industrial and innovative activities - the national managing holding created within measures for optimization of management system by institutes of development, the financial organizations and to development of national economy, the national institutes of development, and also fund of development of the industry authorized on implementation of measures of the state stimulation of the industry;

2) authorized body in the field of the state stimulation of the industry - the central executive body performing management in the sphere of the industry, and also in limits, stipulated by the legislation the Republic of Kazakhstan, cross-industry coordination and participation in realization of the state stimulation of the industry;

3) national institute - national institute of development in the field of industry development.

Chapter 2. Information sources

5. Information base for forming of data are:

1) the primary data provided by subjects of industrial and innovative activities, received the measures of the state stimulation of the industry to subjects of industrial and innovative system participating in the state stimulation of industrial and innovative activities;

2) primary data from the subjects of industrial and innovative system participating in the state stimulation of industrial and innovative activities;

1) amount of the received measures of the state stimulation of the industry, thousands of tenges;

2) the number of the exported countries subjects of industrial and innovative activities, units;

3) amount of export revenue of the subjects of industrial and innovative activities who received measures of the state stimulation of the industry, thousands of tenges;

4) labor productivity of the subjects of industrial and innovative activities who received measures of the state stimulation of the industry, thousands of tenges/people;

5) amount of gross value added of products of the subjects of industrial and innovative activities who received measures of the state stimulation of the industry, thousands of tenges;

6) amount of tax expels of the subjects of industrial and innovative activities who received measures of the state stimulation of the industry, thousands of tenges;

7) amount of the received proceeds from sales of products to buyers for the territories of the Republic of Kazakhstan subjects of industrial and innovative activities, received measures of the state stimulation of the industry, thousands of tenges;

8) amount of the income of the subjects of industrial and innovative activities who received measures of the state stimulation of the industry, thousands of tenges;

9) amount of the income of currency earnings from sales of products of the industrial and innovative activities by subjects who received measures of the state stimulation of the industry regarding their economic indicators, thousands of tenges;
