About creation of republican public institution "State natural wildlife reserve "Caspian Sea itbalyga of" Committee of fishery of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan"

1. Create republican public institution "State natural wildlife reserve "The Caspian Sea of itbalyga" Committee of fishery of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan (further – GPR "Caspian Sea Itbalyga") within territorial waters of the Republic of Kazakhstan on the Caspian Sea with finding of the office building in the city of Aktau.

2. To committee of fishery of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan according to the procedure, established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan to establish on cards and the area of border of lands of GPR "Caspian Sea Itbalyga".

3. Provide GPR "Caspian Sea Itbalyga" in permanent land use of the earth of water fund of the Caspian Sea within Tupkaragansky and Beyneusky districts of Mangystau Region total area of 108632,31 of hectare according to the procedure established by the land legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, for creation of especially protected natural territory – GPR "Caspian Sea Itbalyga".

4. Determine that financing of GPR "Caspian Sea Itbalyga" is performed from the republican budget for the account and within the means provided in the republican budget on content of especially protected natural territories.

5. Approve the enclosed changes and additions which are made to some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

6. To the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan to take other measures following from this resolution.

7. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its signing.
